Horrible, rude customer service today. 11-19 @ around 145pm. The woman who took my order acted like I was inconveniencing her because she had to take my order. Took forever to acknowledge me when I drove up and then didn't acknowledge me at the window, just opened it, handed my food and took payment without a word. Normally this location has much better employees, this woman needs to never work in a customer facing job with her nasty attitude.
Second time getting very poor service and poor food quality. Had to return food multiple times in these visits. 1st time the customer service skills were horrific all the way up to the manager. The second time very low concern with improper sandwich, very disturbing food.
The (pregnant) lady on the front counter does not know how to make a sandwich. People eat with their eyes and I was beyond disappointed, that's putting it in a nice way. Someone needs to finish training her seriously. All the toppings are there but she folded them on the outside of the sandwichud83dude1e....that's just one of the sandwiches.
It was pretty good I got the rib sub it was a little cold and hard stuff in the meat but it was good
I would have given a 5 but they were short on several ingredients on this visit still I enjoy Subway it is still my favorite fast food place to go
