First ever time selling my home and they were on the buyers side of things. Shelly Terry was absolutely horrible. Between her and the buyers they made our lives hell. By demanding to put their stuff in the garage or they wouldn’t sign. Paying out of pocket to change out the electrical box and not to mention paying out of pocket to have a cleaning person come in or they refused to sign. Which by the way NONE OF THESE THINGS WERE REQUESTED IN THE ORIGINAL CONTRACT!!!! By the time we got to the closing day, even though the multiple people had told Shelly the buyers needed a cashiers check and not a personal check for the money exchange the buyers still showed up with NO MONEY. Again. Shelly dropped the ball. If and when I ever do sell or buy another house I WILL NOT deal with Shelly again. I will refuse any offer that comes my way from her.
