Colby Police Department

In my personal opinion Officer Steele is an arrogant snake. He treats you well to your face then talks trash and stabs you in the back first chance he gets. Don't trust him. Request another officer if he makes contact with you.nI was told by a guy that had his house burn down that Chief Alexander and Detective Barrett came out of pocket with their own personal money to help him so that was cool. Every department has their bad apples but overall it's a good department.

Horrible reponse time, horrible situation with them involved. Kid in danger and they are more concerned about making friends with the mother than ensuing the kids safety. Try to make decisions in which they have no business. Most ridiculous interaction with any police ever.
