Amazing place to work!! Good environment.

I've been residing in these apartments for about 2 months and I have had nothing but great services. When I came to inquire about the apartments I was greeted by Diana and both ladies where extremely helpful. My maintenance issues have been resolved in a very timely manner. Average noise but honestly that is anywhere.nnThe comments below are ridiculous lol. I have no problem with the smell as that is what you get when you live in Liberal. The wind. Well you better hold on tight! I've lived in Liberal my entire life and the wind/smell conditions have not changed. The apartments are old and I'm certain wind direction changes '-_-

Cottonwood Apts is a really good place to live. Neighbors are great. Very nice landlord that is helpful. Maintenance is friendly and does a their job.

DO NOT RESIDE HERE!!! If I could give 0 stars then I would.This place is awful, I honestly hate this place. Me and my wife have had our lives become ever increasingly more difficult by living here. The lady diane is an awful and deluded woman that goes around poorly inspecting dog poop and pointing blame at those who actually pick up after dogs. Diane has a massive attitude that makes you feel very unwelcome. The architectural placement is incredibly stupid because the wind will blow through the halls like a wind tunnel and can push people around and possibly down stairs because it's right next to a huge flatland and it's also right next to a sewage plant so like clockwork it smells like death outside. It's also right next to national beef so evaporated cowblood smells even worse at these awful apartments than anywhere else, there maintenance is bad it will literally take you almost dying from extreme heat or extreme cold to come fix anything. And what gets me the MOST is how they make up rules as they go. Make sure you look at your agreements. Also they only allow 2 dogs, so if you have 3 say goodbye to one of your family members because they will demand you to get rid of one... screw this place. DO NOT RESIDE HERE!!!

I have lived here for almost a year now and never had a problem with management until Diana became the new management. She is rude, disrespectful, and always hateful. I will never again choose to live cottonwood apartments again and for this reason i will moving ASAP! Due to new management i give Cottonwood Apartments 1 star if management was still the same they would of had all 5 stars. Good luck to any who lives with the new management.
