The home of The Wizard of Oz!!
A cheap way to bring tourist into a town that doesn't have much to offer. Both the Coronado Mansion and Dorothy's(try to replicate) house were closed on a Saturday around noon. Nice park with trees and playground for kids. No one was there, so I left without going inside.
Took the family to see this museum.. had no idea we would have such a premium experience!! Our tour guide did a fantastic job of entertaining us!! I believe her name is savanna.. good psychic income for both adults and kids.. I think it's one of the best museums in Western Kansas..and we will never forget our experience at Dorothy's house!! It was totally awesome!!
A tad disappointed, but still enjoyed the gift shop and taking photos of the make shift yellow brick road journey. Didn't have time to go through the museum. Would probably have really enjoyed it...
really enjoy Dorthy's house. i think it is a very fun attraction and the gift shop is full of fun things especially for children. this is a great place to visit especially on road trips. it is very fun for children. i recommend stopping by if you get the chance you will enjoy it.
