Staff very friendly, but for my manicure they were in such a rush even when I had made an appointment prior. For or a full set it only took 30 min. My nails are not all the same length plus not the shape I asked for, at that I’m not completely satisfied with how much it costed for what I got in return.

Went in to get my acrylics taken off and the gal ripped my nail so badly I still can hardly use that finger she was super nice about it though, then did a gel manicure and they’re so crooked doesn’t help that polish is missing in a lot of spots as well but she also did that with my pedicure a few weeks ago. Will say though they are super clean and the manager is amazing! Thinking just the one gal may need more practice or something.

Luckily, my cousin had already weeded out the bad salons when I moved here, but this has by far been my best experience ever. I’m obsessed with this place! They’re so nice and don’t settle. If they don’t like how something looks, they fix it without you even telling them. Tammy and Mai are my favorite techs, and I haven’t been disappointed by anyone here. They really make you feel like family and they genuinely care that you’re their customers.

I love this nail shop. They are clean, professional, and the overall atmosphere is very light, fun, and calming. I've been to a lot of nail shops that I've had just an okay experience at. But this one is amazing. They provided me with a nail kit for $1 to keep things sanitary, and even had towels ready for me to wash my hands when I walked in. I had to wait a little bit because they were running behind, but I was offered complimentary drinks, and was reassured how long I'd be waiting every few minutes.nnI also had to have my nails fixed from a previous salon. Tammy did a wonderful and beautiful job and gave me EXACTLY what I wanted. I keep staring at them!nnPrices are great for the quality work they do. $55 for a full set and any add ons aren't outrageous, as I did get a design of pressed flowers and butterflies on two fingers. If you're looking for a nail shop in Bismarck, this is the one!
