The last two times I have been in the Bismarck location I cannot find the products I'm looking for. I aways come into the store to buy Proactiv and they were completely out. Also, trying to get a staff member to help me was difficult the past 2 visits. If I need help locating a product there should be someone available. The staff are too busy talking instead of providing decent customer service.

Most of the time I have had a pleasant experience here... Not recently though the cashier(starts with a K) have not been friendly or even really acknowledge customers at check out! I do believe I should not have to ask to use my rewards or ask about my birthday gifts for being a rewards member... I'll probably just shop online and never go to the store anymore or just use my card at Sephora...
