I went in for highlights and came out with completely bleached hair besides my roots, I also paid to get my hair cut and there were uneven pieces where she didn’t measure it out completely. Never going back there to get anything done.

I come in all the time to get my hair cut, colored thinned, or my eyebrows waxed the best person there is Jean personally she the only one I let do my or my son's hair because she listens to how I want it done and does a great job
Went in as a walk-in today, Jean took care of my cut and dye. I was happy with my service and comfortable visiting with her she's awesome!
I went yesterday to get my hair cut and the woman working was Anabel. I told her the length I wanted and after she was done what I could see was okay but then I get home and I look around in my mirror and I notice my hair isn’t the same length at all it looks like I have three or four places where she just snipped and didn’t measure anything out at all. I definitely will not let her cut my hair ever again.
