Great customer service from the time I entered the door. Adam aka AJ was super nice and assisted me the entire time. He offered great suggestions and made my first experience in Ulta a great one! I will definitely stop by again plus he set up my account so that I earn points for my purchases. I am posting such a low rating on what is normally one of my favorite places to shop because they closed two hours earlier than advertised, with a note on the window that said they were going to close at 6. We were there at four. There were people inside. The cashier working came and let someone out, completely ignoring us even though we were standing right there. Overall not impressed with the way it was handled.
They may not have everything like a city Ulta would. But I love this store cause they still have soo much. The girls a super friendly! And have really helped me with building my makeup. So I'm always in this place buying something. Lol
The customer service has improved 110% from a year ago. I stopped going because of rude sales clerks but decided to give it another chance and I’m glad I did. Emily was amazing!! She was willing to help me with a color match on ALL brands, not just the most expensive items and she pointed out all of the sales and bargains. Emily was super helpful and very patient with me even though I went back for several items halfway through checking out. THANK YOU EMILY for making my Ulta experience great!!!
