Fran Sutton posts totally incorrect photos of her listings, but when contacted politely about them, refuses to take them down and got snippy about it. Said it wasn't her fault although she is the listing agent. We lost some time on the fake listing but won't make the mistake again with this agent.

fran sutton refuses remove leading pictures that are not accurate. we carefully scheduled time to go out to look at the house - and it wasn't at all as pictured. different color, different insides. understandable and forgivable as a careless accident, but frustrating when she refuses to correct the error. very unprofessional, and not someone i want handling the biggest purchase i've ever made.

We did have an experience with Gemini. We had an appointment to view a house and the agent never showed up. It's kind of hard to buy a house when you aren't able to look at it.

Crooks, scammers, whatever you want to call them.

Fran and her husband are both great people to work with. Donna was also amazing help.
