Forest Glen Estates

I had lived there for 2 years, until Feb 2020. My experience was amazing. The front office was always professional. My maintenance requests were answered within the hour, with someone from the office calling me and checking on whether the issue was fixed or not. It is a nice quiet area where I was. Very clean. There were a lot of new renovations going on so it was beautiful and upkept. My move-out process was easy to deal with as well. I'm proud to have lived there. If it wasn't for me moving to another state to get married, I'd still be there now! Sorry this review was so late. I'd give them 10/10 if i could. :) They went through staff changes but Shelby and Pat were the most recent I know and they were great!

i was raised in forest glen when i was 10 years old it was a good place to raise your family and kids to play when i turn 18 i am living in forest glen i love the managers the employees but i got little bad news they need to work on trash cans if is a couch they need to get that fast and a hurry

I’ve been living here for only 4 months and I’ve already had enough with this place. I moved in to a townhome fixer upper. It was so many things that needed to fixed that I couldn’t keep up with because It was one thing after another. Even when maintenance came and did an “upgrade” on the townhomes inside and out there were things stolen from my house afterwards and the furniture they moved they did not put back nor did they clean up behind themselves. Not to mention a young man was just shot and killed outside my home two weeks ago. Every other week you hear shootings around the neighborhood and it seems like no one is doing anything about it. There’s a different manger every other month and the environment is just not worth the wait or the risk to have your family.

Very Friendly Staff. Travis and Jamie have ALWAYS been helpful. Matience is a lil behind but thats understandable due to how big complex is. Trash is a big issue tho and I wish office would be a lil more strict on big furniture out side dumpsters. I like to live in a clean environment but cant keep it that way all on my own. Apartment wise it's very nice in my home. I HIGHLY recommend Forest Glen to anyone. There is a waiting list but worth the wait to live here.

Maintenance is very slow, slow as in we have been waiting since June 2018 for our washer hook up to be fixed (Edit: fixed ten months later in April). I also see lots of non-service animal pets here yet am still told no animals allowed. Near me I know of a husky, pitbull, boxer, and pomeranian. Why are these pets allowed here when we have been asking for years for permission? They aren't hidden from staff, and are obviously not service animals either, as one woman has her dog chained to a tree 24/7.
