Lady at the office is really rude. She will start yelling at you if you call with a complaint. I tried to see what protocol for getting our old windows replaced because our whole building complains about the upstairs being unbearable during the summer and winter because so much cold/hot air gets through. She said the owners name couldn’t be released but he said no anyway and gave me no sense of direction as to how we could potentially fix it. This is 3rd time I’ve brought this issue up and she said to put dark curtains or give 30 days notice and vacate if I’m unhappy, says she won’t argue with me, have a good day, (proceeds to yell what I called for to whoever she’s in office with) and hangs up. Very good property management company

We lived in one of their properties for a year. They were always quick to fix any issues, which were minimal. Always friendly and attentive. We cleaned our place thoroughly upon move out, provided carpet cleaning receipts, and were promptly issued our deposit refund.

The father is great but the daughter gives you an excuse everytime something needs to be fixed. She also gets mad everytime you tell her something is wrong. She expects you to do maintenance yourself when it should be covered under your rent payment!! 1 time she told me since they spent over $600 on much needed electrical wiring they didn't have anymore money for anything else at that time!! What landlord/business owner conducts themselves this way smh.... one that told her tenant to break the lease and move if I wasn't happy ud83eudd37‍♀ufe0f pictures of my steps that disintegrated and it still took weeks to fix only after I made my second request with the father! The other pictures is of a pothole at the beginning of my driveway that was impossible to avoid and got bigger over time so I fixed it myself due to the fact I waited over a month and nothing got fixed!!

My family has had dealings with them for as long as I can remember. Never had a negative issue. Mr. Stockman is a fair and smart man.
