Arby's

Once I ordered & got to the drive thru window, I noticed the gentleman preparing my food was wearing a mask but it wasn't covering his nose or mouth. I immediately returned my order & asked for a refund. I brought it to the manager's attention and her response was that he had it on properly previously. She didn't even advise him to wear his mask properly. After this, I don't trust this Arby's location and will never be a customer here again.

Brisket!

Normally I love Arby's because I only get the roast beef sandwich, but I tried something different this time and boy was I sorry. I tried the loaded Italian sandwich and they put so much mayonnaise on it that everything was just slipping and sliding off of the bun and could hardly even eat it without it falling apart. It tasted good, but ease up on the mayonnaise. I'll just stick to the roast beef sandwiches from now on.

Very good opening staff, the manager got everyone's food out fresh and fast, she is what they needed for this location.

People dont wanna do their jobs too much immaturity but food is good an prices reasonable
