Arrived at 3:19pm in the afternoon on Friday. At least one worker inside saw my wife and I pull on the door handle. Door was locked. Worker made no attempt to acknowledge our presence. No posting on the door to say why they were closed. Congrats to Arby’s next door for getting our business.

I didn't get all of my order and when I called back to talk to the manager, she told me that I got all of it and that she put the rest of my order in a second bag... I only received one bag! I won't be going back! She even asked me if I knew someone who needed a job... I don't think that I would subject anyone that I know to cruel and unusual punishment! It's not a trusted environment! Especially, when you can't get all of the order, that you paid for, and the manager is the person that helped you! What is the world coming to...?

Horrible customer service. Was there foe a business meeting was there for three hours bought a ton of food she wouldn't let us use the restroom and she just stared at us the whole time as if we were about to rob the store. Horrible!!!!! Will never ever go back!!!

This is the third time I have done a online order in the past two weeks to show up to no food because they don't have meats (named of three different sandwich none in stalk) or veggies such as lettace isn't available. The employees are rude, the manager obviously doesn't care about business as nothing is unstick to include veggies I know are cut in store. Then to find out they don't have mayo, they don't have mustard. Only thing as dressing was ranch or oil & vinager...
