Service quality depends on who is working

Wow, this place has really gone down hill in the past month. Used to be great service and clean store. Now it's only rude workers and nasty dining room. I feel like the food is never fresh, and no one seems to care. It's under new management and suffering. I miss being greeted by the really cheerful girl who used to work there. She always made waiting in line and ordering food fun and friendly. Now it's only gloomy faces behind the counter. You're better off going to the Goodcents across the street.
