I would give it zero stars if it could. They did not write down the parking spot for my grandma in their system. She is not going out because she is 89 years old and, um, COVID, and so she doesn't go check on her vehicle and I guess I don't as much as I should. But they towed her vehicle and won't pay to get it out of the impound! They basically STOLE her vehicle and they say it's OUR fault because they didn't write down her parking spot. They say they left a tow tag on it and it's our fault for not checking it. There never should have been a tow tag for us to check!!!!nnWhat a terrible bunch of people!!!

My mother has lived here for nearly a year. Continuous problems with the heat working properly on the upper floors. Worrying with the polar vortex temps. Management is unresponsive. There is mold growing on her windows along with fruit flies from excessive moisture.nThe building was built with shoddy cheap materials and poor workmanship.nThe building was built with HUD funds, and the ever-ethical Wells Fargo Bank is an investor.nResidents of the building have met to discuss poor living/management situation. If things do not improve, I will pay for my mother to move out.

My mom and her elderly neighbor is now having problems with pink water coming out.nthe neighbor is a former plumber and says he thinks a used water heater was put in where old stuff from the heater causes problems. hope the water is better

Horrible place to live in regards to cold, leaky windows, and continuous problems with the heating. Upon lease renewal, your rent rises $20 per month despite unresolved maintenance issues. See mold growth in window sill pic attachment.
