Joy was amazing. We were buying our first home and she is the best realtor in Bismarck hands down.nnWe were buying our home the following day was signing and when we arrived into town with the late day and getting to Bismarck around 10:30 pm we did not have the time to book somewhere to stay nor know where to stay since we had us the truck trailer and our dogs. Joy took the time to make sure we arrived safe to town and booked us a place to stay. It was amazing to see her guidance for the deal, her patience in finding us the right house to fit us also how well she communicated and took care of us getting everything organized. Joy was fantastic in trying to help us find a home in Bismarck. We were new to town and unfamiliar with the area, and she helped us narrow our search to neighborhoods that fit our aesthetic and lifestyle. I loved our private listing website, where we were notified in real time when houses that met our search criteria came on the market! We did not end up purchasing a home in Bismarck because our plans changed, but I really enjoyed working with Joy and appreciated all of her attention and hard work in trying to find the right house for us. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor in the Bismarck area!

I sold my home with Joy last summer when the market was slow. Joy went above and beyond to generate the interest needed so we could accept and offer and sell the home. She also worked very hard to negotiate our land purchase and keep everything moving forward. She worked very hard to make sure everything lined up the way it needed to for us to take that next big step! I highly recommend her to others for both buying and selling.

Being a first time home buyer, Joy walked us through every step of the process and consistently checked in to ensure we were informed and had the best experience in the home buying experience. Joy was very resourceful with her numerous connections in the community. Even after closing she continued to make sure we were happy with the purchase and our needs were met.
