Caldwell Police Department

This horribly managed joke of a police department is run by an angry, super aggressive, threatening little man who is dangerous and delusional. Berates and harrasses anyone he chooses, with or without merit. He consistently lies to those he wants to try and bumrush into a situation where he can act out his aggressive tendencies, with no preference to his victims being male/female/elderly/child. He'll verbally and physically assault anyone. The boy with a badge works under his own interpretation of the law. As for the city officials, they seem not to care since this sad excuse most likely comes at a bargain salary price. They have proven this consistently over the last few years by ignoring the enormous amount of complaints on this joker. Be wary when visiting this small town of the destructive presence hiding his true colors behind a tin star.
