Very experienced professionals! I always appreciate when they bring an apprentice along to pass along their expertise! We have had our water heater, AC and furnace worked on by Lower and they always get the job done right!! I always recommend Lower to any friends or family members that are needing the same as my appliances are in great working order because of their great work!
Absolutely exceptional! Plumbing professionals Brett and Travis are knowledgeable, efficient, professional, craftsmen. Their attentiveness to customer concerns and attention to the details addressing those concerns is impressive. Jennifer (Office Personnel) is courteous, and professional as well. Also, the final cost for my large scale job was truly an added bonus. I will continue to contract with Lower and I highly recommend this company without reservation.
Had several reasons to continue calling Lower Plumbing and Heating over the years. Always able to fix the problem fast with reasonable charges. Great customer service from tech and office staff. The service person was professional and friendly . He used manners of please and thank you which are missed in today’s world. Explained the issue to me and shared what to do I future to prevent. Also suggested some preventive service which I appreciated.
