I needed a plumber late Friday pm and they were able to take care of adding a new flex tube to my hot water heater. They called me back to say someone would be able to come out. He was extremely thorough and spent time checking everything out. Although, I assumed I may need a new hot water heater he took the time to show me the various indications that reflect my water heater was fine and didn’t need to be replaced.nnHonesty goes a long way with me! I will call them again in the future when I need a plumbing company.
Plumbing repairs consistently haunt me if I go DIY. Carlson did the plumbing on the house at construction (spec home) and I've only ever called them for plumbing work. Rates are reasonable, scheduling is convenient. They consistently treat me one of two ways...If I ask for solutions, they offer them. If I ask them to do it my way, they go that route or explain an alternate option. Will continue to call them for my plumbing needs.
Person that answer the phone hung up on me three times in a span of thirty seconds.
We were very happy with the service Miller Plumbing provided when our hot water tank went out. Very courteous and efficient besides not having to wait for next day service!
The Carlson tech person came out to our home, looked over the work site in our utility room, as far as re-routing our washing machine drainage system, and then left without providing me with a job completion estimate. He said that he would send me a text, but have yet to receive it.I would rate this company as poor.nI even tried leaving a online inquiry, as to getting my estimate, with no response.
