The copper water line burst above my apt Thursday evening, Feb 13- by 10pm, heating company completed repairs and Randy Wheat, jr- owner/ operator of Haus was in my apt, vacuuming standing water, creating a slight bucket brigade and then by about midnight- Haus janitorial had 3 huge industrial dehydrators going and approx 6 industrial fans. The widespread showers throughout the ceilings, light switches, outlets were stopped. Here it is Sunday afternoon and this place is also completely dry! So responsive! Extremely efficient, professional and kind. We recently had a city sewer main backup into our company's basement after a very heavy rain on a Saturday. We called several companies, no one could come, basements all over town had been affected. Randy was here within 2 hours and removed 700 gallons of water and filth, vacuumed, sprayed sanitizer, brought dozens of fans and dehumidifiers to dry out the basement - AND continued to check on the status every day of the week, and re-sprayed sanitizer. Hard-working, high-quality, responsive, no need to look further! He's the real deal, local, prompt and friendly!
I have been using Randy for over 10 years for commercial cleaning and him and his crew are top notch. I would recommend his services to anyone looking for cleaning, restoration, etc.

Haus Janitorial did an awesome job cleaning our carpets. They go above and beyond making sure they pretreat any stains. The carpets have never looked so good. I can't believe how quickly they did the job after my call and the price was definitely reasonable. Will definitely use again and recommend to everyone
