The app doesn't work. It won't even find the machine or allow you to pay through it. Can you please update the app so that it actually works? Why do you have to pay through a different app? That seems very sketchy and makes me not want to use your services at all. The reviews on the app store say the same issues all around. I think you need to update your software before you send out anymore washers and dryers. Also why do you insist on getting the smallest possible washers and dryers. I get you want profit but I can barely fit anything into the washers.
I rent 2 machines for a small apartment building. We’ve always had good experiences with techs coming out to perform maintenance and the machines perform well.nnI removed two stars because their customer service isn’t very good, and don’t expect to get ahold of someone right away, though their maintenance side is fine. Just report the issues on their website and it seems to get through quickly. I don’t think the customer service on the phone is in Topeka, because there is a definite disconnect between the 2 parties which causes confusion and a lot of lost time. It makes you wonder about the work environment, because nobody sounds happy when they answer phones, I wouldn’t call them rude, but it’s not a pleasure to talk to them. I think I can understand how some of these 1 star reviews happen, but I haven’t experienced anything that bad.
Never in my life would I ever rent anything from these people ever again. The absolute nerve of the staff and the way they think it is okay to talk to customers is beyond me.nnapparently I should have read reviews but I was given their info from my apartment complex. I will be having a strong talk about having them removed from being referred after this. And honestly even they are sick of the no show pick ups on the company’s end. (Ya, they never showed for a scheduled pick up and now it’s a holiday weekend. I was informed I’d still be paying for those days as well)
I can’t for the life of me figure out how their machine actually work or where to even buy a card to use them from.
The WORST company. Their machines are constantly putting holes in my clothing and they refuse to admit its their machines doing it. They dont want to pay for the damaged clothing. They take MONTHS to fix broken machines, the dryers dont dry anything. They are terrible. But by god they make sure to come get their money from the machines.
