Service was fast and efficient. I called for an appointment and they got me scheduled within 3 days. My basement smelled like dog urine from my pet having accidents. The carpet is fairly new so I was hoping the professional grade shampoo and deodorizer would help. I had tried shampooing the carpets myself many times and it just wasn't taking the smell away. Chris came and was professional and wore his mask appropriately. My basement smelt great and actually still smells good even a week later. The cost was also affordable i have a large space and compared prices to other businesses and they were best priced as well.. Thank you for great service!! I will be using Dr. Clean again.
First, calling to set up the appointment was easy, informative, and quick! Day of appointment, Chris and Jason called in advance of their trip and arrived as expected. They were very respectful and pleasant to talk with when explaining their process of the duct and vent cleaning service and throughout the time spent. I felt very comfortable with them in my home and appreciated them arriving and keeping their masks on during their time. I will keep Mr. Clean in mine for other cleaning services in the future and have already recommended them to others!
Amazing! Such a great service! They were able to schedule me in with very short notice, which I greatly appreciated! What was supposed to be just vent and duct cleaning turned into area rug and upholstery cleaning too! Great company and great people!

Dr. clean was very professional! They were able to get us scheduled quickly and work around three other crews completing a new home remodel to meet a move in date. They did a wonderful job! I would recommend them and will be using them again!
