They take there sweet a s s time as if the customer is a bleeping waste of space don't mind the food or prices but pick up the pace people

Cant just pull up and order my steak quesaritos I have to use the app. I'm old school. I should be able to order and eat.

Once again, this place has done nothing but disappoint. I don't go here often anymore and for good reasons, which I'm reminded of every time I go back. Some important training and development strategies for TB to consider: 1) make sure the food is prepared and dressed as requested; 2) make sure the correct order is given to the respective customer; 3) make sure EVERY item that was ordered is placed in the bag. I would like to think someone there has grasped the concept of customer service, but I have yet to encounter that individual. If this was just a once or twice occurrence, I could accept the mistake(s) and move on, however, this is literally every single time. DO BETTER. Sorry to say, but don't waste your time at the S. Bismarck location, go somewhere else.
