Noodles and Company

They have a nice social distancing setup for pickup. But the one thing I found disturbing is the fact that the cooks in the back do not wear gloves. When I asked them about it, they said they didn’t need too. Also the workers quite frequently touch there masks and clothing while preparing food, in my opinion it’s not the best practice during a pandemic. They need to implement a kitchen safety practice to raise some awareness on that issue.

Ordered online for pick-up. When I came for pickup I was not greeted by either of the people behind the counter. I went to counter and said i was here to pick-up. Nobody looked up much less answered me. I saw the bag with my name sitting on the counter. I picked it up and said thank you. Nobody answered me. This is the worst customer service I can ever remember getting anywhere. Management needs to address their staff.

I might have been hungry, yet this is a place I'm embarrassed to say I have not visited after being here for over a year!nFood was made to order, nice individual portions and fresh!

The Korean spicy beef was good. Wish they had the Thai Chicken curry. Service was outstanding.

Great location and great staff. Good comfort food and good prices.
