Whispering Pines Apartments

We had a light fixture go out and my husband put in a maintenance request this morning. Not even 2 hours later we had a maintenance guy named Ian come in and totally replace the fixture. And he only took about 1 1/2 hours for him, start to finish, to complete the job. Really nice guy too. We love living here!

We moved in 3 years ago, just after I had surgery. When I have a need or concern I can go to the office immediately. I feel heard and respected in all of my communication. I rarely have problems, but when I do they are attended to quickly. They even offered to have someone clean my carpets! We have never had a problem with bugs- the pest control is awesome and consistent. They moved a handicapped sign near my entrance so that I had a place to park close to my door (barring someone else parking there first which has only happened once). The activities that management does for the residents are fun and inventive. We love it here!

Family says they are nice places

I have lived in these apartments for years, everyone from the leasing team are awesome. They treat me with the upmost respect, and the fact they can take time out there day to help me with all that I need with no issues is a major plus. Maintenance also has always been the best anytime something I needed fixed they was there most of the time the same day if not the next day never waited long for services. Anytime there was an issue I could talk to any of the girls in the office about it, and they were always a great help. Living conditions I love theses apartments they are nice cozy, and safe living, I live around great neighbors nice people no noise, no problems best place in town to live if you ask me. My kids love it here they are glad we never left, this for sure is a place I can call home. If anyone wanted to find a place that was friendly and safe for them and their kids, THIS IS IT!!!!! My choice that I made several years is best choice no question. Whispering Pines is Home!
