Poor planning, execution and communication. Of a 5 week project, Tom has spent only about 2 hours at the job site, the rest of the time my husband has been doing the supervising, training and assisting of Tom's crew! Says he will be there, have it done on this date, etc., and never shows up or calls. My hubby will be finishing the project!
This is a very reliable and professional organization.
He has repaired over 20 sewer lines for my clients. His price is honest and he gets the job done in a timely order.nnI asked him about the negative review below. He said that he went back to the home and brought in dirt and made it right. Things hapoen... Fyi
