Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

Conveniently placed our order online and it was ready within the promised 30 minutes. I picked up our order and returned home. While unwrapping to place in the oven my wife and I realized our Garlic Chicken pizza was missing the two additional toppings (bacon & green peppers) we had placed on our order and paid for. We decided it was not worth the hassle to return to the store with the pizza, debate the issue and prove the fault, wait for them to be added, and drive back home again. We decided leaving a review here would suffice instead.nnIt's not the end of the world, we're just a little perturbed because placing the order online should increase accuracy by minimizing the possible human errors, but that didn't happen this time. The pizza was good as always. It will just be a while before we go back to this store.

Never had a problem with this place, until tonight. I placed an online order. Wife picked it up and brought it home. I noticed a part of the order was missing. I called the store to see if they could just credit back the amount of the missing item. I was told no, but I could drive the 20 miles back to get it. I was also told it was my fault we didn't get it because my wife didn't ask for it. Even though it was very clearly bought and paid for. The guy on the phone claimed to be a manager, but sounded like a mentally challenged toddler. I have filed a complaint with corporate and also intend to speak with a real manager.The one I talked to refused to give me the number for corporate office, and was very rude about it.

Love the online ordering. Pizza is ready and paid for in 20 min. Can walk in and grab it on my way home. So much better than delivery.

Did not put extra cheese on as indicated. .as for the fact that I paid for it. Poor quality. Did not eat leftovers. Very disappointed.
