I have been there two times, each time they messed up. They barely cleaned my coat it was full of lint. They didn't properly press dress pants, I even called the second time to make sure the creases were correct and when I picked them up, they didn't even crease a pair. And they misplaced a pair of my pants we had to come back later for them. They are nice people but not good quality for the price.
Great care of my clothing. Sew on buttons too.
I like the fresh smell of the clothes at Hygienic over Scotch. Scotch clothes smell awful and wouldn't pay their cheap prices for poor quality. I also think Hygienic is a much better overall dry cleaner.
Hands down, best cleaner in town....wish they had weekend pick-up/drop-off hours.
Overpriced for Topeka. $11.85 for each dress. Brought 5 dressed in to pickup 2 days later. 1 dress had a stain and they said that they 'needed more time' to work the stain. Charged 60 cents additional for a tiny fabric belt attached to one of the dresses.
