We are current tenants through J Cox and it is less than a pleasure to rent from him. The property is garbage with a terrible foundation and a hole through the bottom of the house that goes into the unfinished basement and right up into our back room making it near freezing. We have been trying to get our electricity fixed since The first week of november and still have not had a single person come to look at it. So far i would have to say AVOID RENTING THROUGH THIS COMPANY/individual!!! He acts nice at the beginning offering to help with anything you need than he ignores you as soon as a problem that would cost him money happens. Dont fall into it, find a better landlord. My roommates car broke down and asked if he could meet somewhere to pick up the rent thats hes been bugging us about and wants to charge him extra because “its on his time”. Money is this rental companies only concern not an ounce of care for the tenant.nnUPDATE: Mr. Cox had my room mate go to the office to pay rent and locked him out afterwards while using racial context. DO NOT RENT FROM HIM!!!
