I would not recommend anybody doing business with this company.nnI had a contract and the manager tried to offer me 50% of what we agreed to one day before said closing 9/16/20. Also did not put money in escrow account with title company.nnThis is often called “bait and switch “ sellers beware this company has bad communication skills and are very unprofessional.

I cant say enough of how blessed I feel. We closed in less than one month. I highly recommend the FHB team. Honesty, Integrity and diligent are some of the words I would use to describe them. Thank you FHB for your friendliness and support. God bless you all.

For 18 months I have begged FHB to remove my mother's name from their pink postcard mailing list. She has dementia and every time she receives a card from FHB, she thinks I'm trying to sell her home out from under her and put her in a nursing home. Despite calls and letters, my requests have fallen on deaf ears. Every time I make another request to have the postcards stopped, the nice receptionist promises the address/name would be removed. After 18+ months, either someone is lying to me about removing this address from the solicitation or is inept to see that this request is honored. I would NOT use this entity to sell anything!
