We rented a unit from the CoRTen building for two years and it was perfect for the size of our company at the beginning, but since then our company outgrew and needed our own individual space. Our group provides services all over the city, which made the location perfect for being central in the city. The parking for the building was about a block away from the building, but within walking distance (weather was not an issue for the sidewalks going back and forth). If you needed to run in the building for a quick errand, there is one-hour parking in front of the building. If you need options for food, there were plenty within a half-mile radius. We used a fan or a heater during the different seasons to help with climate control. The management team was very helpful in meeting all our needs and answered any questions or concerns timely.
