Colorado Derby Lofts

The Colorado Derby Lofts are a great place to live and the management is exceptional. Angie (property manager) always gave a notice well in advance of any work being done and also took care of the one maintenance request I had within 24 hours. There is ample parking, a scenic rooftop and an adequate gym. Angie was more than fair during my move in and move out process and made everything easier. Communication was great and overall a good atmosphere and experience downtown. Thanks.

This is my first apartment and I absolutely love it here! The public spaces are always clean thanks to the friendly hard-working morning staff. The free coffee downstairs is a plus too! The gated parking lot, key fobs to open doors, and gated dog park makes me feel safe at all times. The rooftop provides an incredible view of downtown and those beautiful Kansas sunsets. As a college kid, I feel like I’m living in luxury here!

I am so happy to call this place home! The community is great. The appliances are all new and the management is great. The rooftop is incredible. I sit and watch the sunset every night. Best downtown living I have experienced!

I only lived here for a little while before I had to move out of town, but I can honestly say I had a great experience here. I would have been thrilled to stay here for much longer. The amenities were perfect and always available, the units were well designed and functional, and the staff was always super friendly and helpful. If you're looking for a place in downtown ICT, this is it.
