Jeff and Jason showed up, exactly when they said they would. They were both very friendly, and very professional. When my dog and my cat got in their way, they'd just stop working for a minute to pet them and talk to them...it was nice to have such caring people in our home.nnThey checked our air conditioner, changed the filter, switched out a part and cleaned out the unit. They were both helpful, and they explained everything they needed to do and why.nnSince I didn't understand some of what they were explaining, I asked Jeff to talk to my husband, Roy, who couldn't be here. He explained it all to him, and Roy told me later he was perfectly happy with what Jeff told him.nnThey went above and beyond, wow! They noticed a leak in our outside water spigot and put a cap on it for us, to stop the leak. That extra touch may seem small, but it really means a lot to us that they were so thoughtful.nnThe price was very fair...in fact, it was less than the price he estimated when talking to Roy.nnWe were both extremely pleased with them and the service they provided, and we highly recommend them to anyone who needs their air conditioner services.nnThank you, Jeff and Jason, we appreciate all that you did for us ud83dude01

We were looking to replace our furnace and A/C unit. We called and contacted several companies on their websites. Many didn’t even to call me back as a lead promptly and those that did, took forever to get back to me with a quote. They lost my business. The good news is that Earl from Dans Heating and Air was extremely Responsive and helpful in helping us through the the maize of options. I settled on a Trane 18xi with air scrubber and 5” filter unit and their service techs showed up on time, took care in the installation and did a stellar job. I highly recommend them because they care about customer satisfaction.

They put a new system in our house 1 year ago. Our bill went from 400 to 225. The house is so cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The salesman was very knowledgeable and the workmen were great.

Jeff Osowski is the technician who came to our home this morning. He was careful, ethical, and efficient. He communicated well and explained what he was doing and why. What we require, in this older home, is preventative maintenance that is honest and conscientious. His knowledge and foresight allowed for a thoroughness and practicality that we had not experienced with our previous maintenance provider. We will be pleased to have Jeff, as a representative of Dan's, come back into our home. On top of which, Sondra, who answered the phone, was helpful to us -- a couple of old birds who have our hands full.

I had a service call for my A/C Friday, June 26. I came home Monday the 29th, and the house was hot. I called Dan's and got their after hours answering service. In a few minutes, a lady from Dan's called, and said the would get someone out the next day. A few minutes later, Jeff O. a tech from Dan's called and said he just finished a call a couple miles from my house and would like to come out.nnJeff stayed till 9:00, corrected some oversights from the first service call, changed my filters, and would not accept payment. He gave up his night to take care of us. This is the Dan's heating and Cooling I remember, and is why I use them, and refer them. Thanks Jeff.
