I would give it a 3.5, right between a 3 and a 4. The store and location is clean and staff are friendly and helpful. My issue is a corporate issue. They carry a lot of cheap quality at not very cheap prices. There are still some good deals.

Helpful staff and good prices on good equipment if you know what your looking for! And if not the staff will point you in the right direction.

I didn't see a harbor or any type of freight.. but their selection of tools makes up for the first two words of their name.

Great value on many products. Selection can be limited at times however. If purchasing power tools etc I recommend the extended warranty. It's a no loose situation since the price is so good you cannt loose.
