This is the only laundromat I go to. Triple load washers are a must for me. It's always clean and it's not too expensive. The dryers are really hot as well. I'm happy with it!!
Place was dirty. No paper towels or soap in bathroom. Attendant just sitting around playing games and drinking pop. One on Seneca is much nicer.
Very disappointed with my visit. Several of the big front load machines were out of service and 2 out of the 3 big machines we used did not spray water into the detergent dispenser so the entire wash cycle had to use what was left over from pre-soak. At 6.75 a load this gets frustrating because after inspecting the soap dispenser you can see it has been this way for a while. If I need to use a laundromat again it will not be the lost sock on Pawnee and hydraulic. Might as well call it Lost Customer.
Came in to do some laundry and 2 of the big heavy duty machines are not using my detergent that we put in.Now I have no more money to use other machines.Husband is right,it’s Lost these customers at the Lost Sock Laundrymat at hydraulic & Pawnee..
The facility was beyond not okay. Full of games. Bathroom was so nasty no soap or paper towels. I will continue to drive further to a nicer laundromat. Very disappointed.
