Angel and Carey were wonderful and extremely helpful during a bad time in our lives. Had a fire in our house and were lucky that there was not a lot of damage.nThe ladies cleaned everything that had smoke damage and cleared the smell out of our house.nI would definitely recommend them to others. Broken pipe late at night--very quick response to clean up standing water throughout our 6K sq. foot area building. Team was very responsive and made sure all water was gone out of carpet and brought in a sea of fans and dehumidifiers to make sure all was dry. Rodeana was the BEST and provided excellent customer service and handled all of the insurance questions and process!! I highly recommend ServPro NE.
Servpro of Northeast Wichita saved my basement!! Our sump pump quit during the last storm and flooded all but one room of the basement. Liz and her crew came out right away and extracted all of the water from our brand new carpet. They were able to save our walls by setting their fans and dehumidifier. The crew blocked our furniture from any further damage. The whole crew was very polite and Liz was very informative walking me through their process. They did excellent work on several issues I had. The first issue was a fire I had in my home. I called servpro and they cleaned and deodorized my home and all of my belongings.nnAnother time they helped me when my basement flooded and made the process as easy as could be.nnI would recommend them to everyone.
