Have always loved PF Chang's, and this location is no acception. The location closed where we lived. We were traveling and looking for a place to eat. I saw this and immediately decided to stop here. Food is amazing as always. Wife loves the pepper steak and said this was the best she has had at PF Chang's. We don't live in Wichita otherwise we'd eat at this one all the time.

WONT RECOMMEND FOR PEOPLE EXPECTING GOOD SERVICE, AS THEIR SERVICE IS BAD!nWell, horrible service.. First time ordered food upon a friend reference. Went to pickup order on time, first no greetings! Second the person at the front desk don't know how to pull the order! She said she couldn't find the order and was serving others leaving me aside! Waited 5 minutes and asked her to call manager and he came after an other 5 minutes! He pulled the order immediately and served me in a minute! No apologizesnfor making me waited and in fact ignoring!! Very bad service and will never visit. Saw other reviews and found there are many with similar experiences!! Food is good by the way.

Food is always fresh and meets high expectations. We've only had carry out at this location, but from brief interaction staff is very friendly.

Not a good experiencennThe service was nonexistent. Never came back to refill waters. The signature lettuce wraps were no signature. They were very dry and not fresh. I had a dish that had shrimp and chicken. Both proteins were so dry and tasteless. For 60.00. It was a terrible value. I do not mind paying for a meal, but would have gotten a better meal at a fast food restaurant for a fraction of the price. They need some real help there.
