Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Excellent customer service from all the staff!!! I can not stress that enough. Going somewhere that the atmosphere is cool, friendly and well trained staff that actually make you feel like they care... that's what makes date night awesome! Our food and drinks were very good as well. Well done Red Robin!

The food and service was horrible.

The food was just OK. My burger was very pink even tho I specified no pink. I got the bleu cheese burger and couldn't taste the cheese..not a great flavorful burger at all.

The last time I was at Red Robin good food good service clean this time here recently which would have been yesterday the food was way salty even the salad dressing I had the cowboy ranch burger with bacon added bacon rolls on the bill not on the burger vegan was taken off of the bill at the end but to me the cook there was no presentation didn't even look appetizing I ate it anyway because I was hungry the french fries were not how they used to be like steak fries I think that's what they're supposed to be but just overall experience was not good the whole restaurant I thought it was kind of dirty more so than I previous visits the booths were had food on them the table had food on it the kiosk little machines at the tables needed to be wiped down and would like to have been wiped down since they're put on the table to begin with I don't even know if I'll be back to Red Robin sorry Red Robin I call it as I see it maybe with new management and new cook who knows good luck

Things started out good until 2 bussers were throwing around towels they were wiping tables with and it hit me in head and back not that it hurt but germs from other people are on my hand as I got off of me on my and clothes. Manager was told and no one acted like big deal and no manager talked to me.
