I was very impressed when upon my first visit I was given a welcome kit containing coupons and a dry cleaning bag. The manager Debbie was great at explaining everything. I have been back since and very impressed with the communication I have received.

Great first time experience! Debbie at the counter was so helpful with pricing and had excellent customer service! I’ve never had such great service at a dry cleaner, she’s so welcoming.
The team at In the Bag at Central and Rock is terrific. The manager, Debbie, always greets me by name and I'm always pleased with the service.
Their customer service is unparalleled and they are very friendly. They do a wonderful job!!!
