Every time I pull into the drive-up lane the clerk quickly grabs my plenty full wash and fold bags out of the trunk of my car, and is always polite and courteous. I highly recommend this business, I've also frequented the 119th st West and Maple site and it's exactly the same.
Made me feel very special. Personal, pleasant and clean. All things important to me. A welcome package and nice personal note when I picked up my comforter. Made me wish I have more cleaning to do. Will definitely go back and recommend to all.
For what I was charged, too many wrinkles, but clean.
I always forget that staff will load your cleaning and it takes me a moment to recover. I have never had any complaints with In The Bag. They are always professional, friendly, courteous, and thank me for my business. I love the drive through option and will continue to visit.
