My mother and I each had our hair cut and styled by Iris. She is a genius! Best haircuts ever!!!
Hair cuts were great. Most staff is nice. Manager is pretty rude.

My husband used the online check in. The wait time was 67 minutes. Nearly 40 minutes had passed when we showed up. The wait time was now over 100 minutes. How? He asked the young lady at the door about it and she just said, “Yeah. That’s about right. You can wait in your car.” Um ......no. What’s the point of online check in? He’s been getting his hair cut there for years, but after today, our business will go elsewhere.
