Bob from David Lies was great. He worked quickly and well. When he saw that I was interested in what was wrong and how to fix it, he took the time to show me and to give advice on how to prevent the problem in the future.
Customer service was EXCELLENT! I was very impressed with the technician who came to fix our sewer lift pump, Extremely professional, knowledgeable and completed the job quickly. The phone call to set up the appointment, they were also knowledgeable, able to give us a rough estimate (the problem was known when we called, the lift had to be replaced) and professional. They were out the next morning, did a great job and cleaned up after themselves, and explained everything to me. I was extremely impressed and will Highly recommend them to anyone.
Lies Plumbing is the best in town. I highly recommend these guys - professional, reliable and honest. I had a problem with my hot water heater and they were quick to respond and thorough in their explanation of the issue. Excellent service all around! Thank you Lies Plumbing!!
