Long John Silver's

I have eaten at all the Long John Silvers in the Wichita area (and other cities ) and this by far the worst one ever. First off the employees were NOT wearing their masks (you can't eat inside due to covid by the way). Next we ordered 4 different items : 3 sides of fish, 2 sides of popcorn shrimp, 1 2 piece fish meal. They were all put in the same box - is there a box shortage? Next the grease was so old that everything was covered in black/brown speckles ,the fries were so bad eating them was not even a option. Everything we tried to eat had that dirty grease taste. Next the popcorn shrimp was old - very old and tasted bad. Couldn't eat most of it. I won't be back. If I could give a negative star rating I would.

Over priced now. Ordered 3 piece chicken and took home 2 piece chicken and one fish. Cole slaw was not your typical slaw sweet. It was bitter and dry. And the corn tasted as if it was over a day old. It will be some time before we purchase your product again.

Went thru the drive thru . It took then almost 5 mins to get back to us to place my order. Then we sat in line for over 20 mins. Behind a car that had already been there before we pulled in. It took almost 25 mins being the second car in line to get our order. This was the slowest drivethru and service I have gotten in any drive thru and other places had way longer lines then these ppl. This was the worst service I have gotten in a long time . I had to ask why it was taking so long. They should have informed us that they are working with one fryer , that would have gone a long way.

Waited over 30 minutes for my food they mess up orders and forget items we need the one on central and Ridge to open back up they were more likely to have your order right and be more friendly service I'm going to boycott that ljs

Too much batter on the fish, and not cooked completely. Nasty! 21st/Amidon!
