The whole crew was wonderful. My case it was a suicide in my home. They totally took charge and made me feel so much better. I would recommend them anytime. And not to mention the were a whole lot cheaper than others.

My refrigerator shorted out and I needed to get my food removed. After contacting their main service number, I got directed to Servpro of Northwest Wichita. Charles Young got a crew together in a matter of 3 hours to come help me. Raul and his crew, were very cordial, professional and efficient. I was very impressed how quickly they did the job. I highly recommend this company and if needed services again...I would call them in a heart beat.
When I purchased my home I had discovered some black mold. I called Charles Young with Servpro of Northwest Wichita and he and his crew were out the next day taking care of everything! They are the best at what they do and I could not be happier with the services they have provided.
