I sent my favorite Dolcegabbana dresses in along with other cheaper clothes for dry clean and I am speechless when they returned my clothes. After being asked whether they were going to pay for my clothes that are ruined ( 3000-4000 USD/dolcegabbana dress and it is impossible to find another one due to they are last season design), they acted like I was insane. They are very improfessional and careless when handling expensive clothing. I have never planed for my favorite clothes to be ruined with just one time dry clean.
I called to get a quote on shoe shine and the lady asked me to hold. She did not place the phone on hold and I could over hear her conversation she was having- obviously with someone she knew. And talked for over 3 minutes about shopping and where they buy clothes and how they fit and lots of other non work related things. I ended up hanging up because she never came back to talk to me and thought her personal conversation was better then helping a customer.
Great folks doing good quality work. Have used them off/on as needed for over 20yrs.
Great place with an awesome staff. They went out of their way to help me out on short notice.
