Took several trips and multiple calls for them to find the pants I took in for alterations. Dry cleaning employees were diligent I trying to help, but they don't run the alterations component. I never got a phone call from alterations. They basically lost my pants then spent several days finding them, then had to do the alterations. No compensation and I think it was over priced.

I wish there was a way to leave less than one star. I had a jacket altered for a beach wedding brand new off the rack. I took it in she pinned it up and I returned two weeks later to pick it up. While trying it on we noticed the left sleeve had a coffee stain on it as well as the price tag was covered in coffee. I told the girl about it and that they needed to clean it for me. She said she would have to ask her boss. I told her that this jacket was brand new and never been worn. Still with the price tag on it. She continued to argue with me and had no clue on customer service. Accused me of bringing a jacket in dirty. This place is a dry cleaner it wouldn’t have cost them anything to make it right but instead it’s costing them a terrible review and hopefully future business. Just a little piece of advice the customer is always right and don’t hire 20 year old kids who have no business acumen to pretend to be your managers.

I took a dress in to be hemmed for a wedding I’m in that only needed the back half hemmed a small amount since it was designed oddly. Went to pick it up and was charged $37. I get the dress had 2 layers, but $37 for half a hem? I would have more okay with the cost if the dress had also been pressed. It’s wrinklier than when I took it in there. How do you even properly hem a dress to be sure it’s even if there’s a bunch of wrinkles in the fabric? Customer service also leaves much to be desired. The girl who got my dress for me grabbed it from the back and I watched as she tossed it on the ironing board in a ball and attempted to iron a couple places on it before bringing it up front. Will not be returning in the future.
