Indian Hills Ace Hardware

Lost a locket on a chain while I was getting back into my car in Ace's parking lot. Thought sure it was long gone but I called Ace and left my #. Next morning, Ashlee called me up and said she found it in the parking lot. So nice to see such honesty in this day and age!!

Used to be the best neighborhood hardware store in town until it sold, got rid of all the employees that cared. Now even with a city and county ordinances requiring masks, they refuse to enforce. I used to be a regular, but now go elsewhere.

Excellent..they tried everything to help including other store's. Finally had to order it...thank you for your help.

I have stopped at Indian Hill Ace Hardware for years, the employees are all very knowledgeable about their products. I enjoy shopping there.

2nd time I have been lit down .nDidn't have what I need and no offer to order item .nNew management needs to step up their game .
