I go to this one and the other one on Maize road. The ladies working at both places do a great job for the price. Kids get fancy cuts along with women. Men always seem to be happy with the cut.
Alexa cut my hair and did a great job. She was very nice, took her time, and made sure it was what I wanted. I would recommend this great clips
In regards to the stylist with long red hair at the 13th & Tyler location...I brought my teenager in for a haircut on Sunday & was very disappointed in the quality of service we received. My daughter was a little nervous since she had been growing her hair out so we had a couple of questions. The stylist was completely uninterested in even pretending too care. She barely would answer yes or no to questions let alone give us any guidence or semblance of warmth or friendliness. She acted like she would rather be anywhere but there. My daughter who was really excited about trying something new left with only getting a very basic trim because she was so uncomfortable. Trying not to be that Mom I just paid the bill & left finally getting a cheery thank you when I handed her a tip, a tip she certainly didn't deserve. I write this review because in hind site I really am appealed at the horrible service we received. I could understand if we were unfriendly or difficult but we weren't. My daughter who is a little socially awkward & shy was made to feel embarressed & stupid for wanting her hair cut. It makes since that we were the only customers in there when the Great Clips up the road had over a 100 minutes wait time. I have never had such horrible service at a salon before.
I love Joyce Morris, she does an excellent job doing hair care services such as haircuts and product sales I will be back.
Can't really say they're good or bad. I used to go here for haircuts, unfortunately, they are requiring masks and don't let you know until you get to the front door and see the sign. Maybe I'll go back after the mask lunacy is over with.
