Always clean and good service.

Great service! The young man tending the drive-thru was courteous and prompt. It looked and sounded like the car in front of me had been unreasonably rude to the gentleman, which he confirmed when I pulled up. I live in the area and frequent this K96/Rock Rd location, but it was the way the employee handled the insults from the car ahead of me this evening, right before closing, and his professional upbeat attitude toward me immediately afterward, that prompted this 5 star review.

Nathan needs a huge shout out! He is so friendly and I feel like he goes out of his way to make your visit personable. It was such a great experience as this pandemic almost has people not even talking to you! Nathan was amazing and it was such a nice visit that we weren't expecting from a fast food place! Great job Nathan, keep it up!

Food is cold. When they asked me what kind of sauce I would like I said Arby's sauce, got home and realized I got no sauce. I was the only customer in the drive thru. Did not taste very good.

Alivia did an outstanding job for my family and our evenings meal with a genuine and wonderful smile.
